Big Apple Rhythmic Gymnastics is a sports organization committed to preparing young women to lead in an increasingly competitive world through the pursuit of athletic excellence and personal integrity. We aspire to promote diversity in the sport of Rhythmic Gymnastics and to motivate each child to challenge herself, so that she may experience the profound joy that comes when dreams are pursued.

For over 25 years our program has provided an unparalleled model for our students to learn the basis of personal success. Our athletes learn self-respect through a rigorous program of sports instruction and competition. Our classes range from beginner to elite competitive levels. We have produced athletes who have won State, Regional and National titles in addition to several U.S. National Team Members who have represented our country at international meets.

Our competitive team is close knit with parents and coaches sharing the goal of presenting opportunities for every Big Apple student to develop confidence in her abilities, athletic and otherwise. Our coaches work to identify each athlete's strengths and insist on their best efforts.

Most importantly, as an organization we seek to demonstrate the positive impact that sports and physical activity have on girls and women. Participation in athletic activity helps girls successfully sail through the physical and emotional storms that come with adolescence and lays the foundation for a healthy adult life.
